The Book of Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Chapter 6: The woman who has been irrevocably divorced is not entitled to spending
باب الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلاَثًا لاَ نَفَقَةَ لَهَا
Sahih Muslim 1481 b
'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) said
It is no good for Fatima to make mention of it, i. e. her statement:" There is no lodging and maintenance allowance (for the divorced women)."وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ مَا لِفَاطِمَةَ خَيْرٌ أَنْ تَذْكُرَ هَذَا . قَالَ تَعْنِي قَوْلَهَا لاَ سُكْنَى وَلاَ نَفَقَةَ .
